Multipurpose Room
The Kilaga Springs Multipurpose room is perfect for all occasions! Dances, social gatherings, wedding receptions, bridal/baby showers, birthday parties, anniversaries, reunions, celebration of life - the opportunities are endless! The bamboo floors provide a low-impact surface that's ideal for dancing! The kitchen is great for warming dishes brought in for pot luck socials. The room can host a banquet for up to 180 people or can be divided into three smaller rooms.
Presentation Hall
Kilaga Springs Presentation Hall serves as an excellent venue for smaller events looking for an intimate setting; such as theater productions, recitals, puppet shows, poetry readings, lectures, presentations, memorials, and other gatherings. The Hall offers state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment and 150 theatre-style padded chairs with fold-away desktops.
Grand Ballroom/Front Ballroom/Breakout Rooms
The Grand Ballroom provides a large venue for meetings, training seminars or presentations. This multi-use Ballroom provides the flexibility to use either the entire space or it can be divided into the Front Ballroom, plus three smaller break-out rooms. These multi-purpose rooms can be configured in several layouts – such as banquet, theater, classroom, or conference arrangements, which can comfortably accommodate between 30 up to 400 people.
Multipurpose, Fine Arts, Multimedia Rooms
The primary uses for the Hallway Rooms are for club, committee, arts, group meetings, and dance practices. They are not intended for business presentations.

The Kilaga Springs Lodge is Wi-Fi accessible throughout and boasts 37,000 sq. ft. of luxurious settings. The Lodge consists of two buildings, a Social Hall and a Fitness Center. The Fitness Center includes an indoor pool, exercise studio, cardiovascular and strength machines. Inside the Fitness Center is the Kilaga Springs Day Spa; an ideal place for massage, skincare and nailcare services. Between the two buildings is the Kilaga Springs Café offering indoor and outdoor dining, beer and wine, and full-service coffee options.
The Lodge is filled with original works of art and Gladding McBean terra cotta pieces. Gladding McBean, located in Lincoln, has created masterpieces that grace buildings throughout the country.

The Sports Pavilion is home to the signature Del Webb regulation softball field replete with a lighted scoreboard, bleachers, and announcer's box. The field is home to some 275 players, with 14 regular summer league teams, 10 winter league teams, and six traveling teams. The Sports Pavilion also features well-lit tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball courts, and an area for lawn sports.
The Plaza has a covered picnic pavilion, equipped with shades and misters, 16 picnic tables, a barbecue area, and a serving kitchen. There is a children's playground and "tot lot" for visiting grandchildren and a special, historic Indian grinding stone site with a historical marker featured at the Plaza.
Other historic sites are marked throughout the 18 fitness trails woven through the community. A number of trails for walking, jogging, and biking are located throughout Sun City Lincoln Hills; some are easy, some are challenging, and several are ADA-accessible.
Angler's Cove provides a tranquil place to observe waterfowl and cast your fishing rod in the catch-and-release fishing pond - stocked yearly with Large Mouth Bass, Red-Eared Sun Fish, Blue Gill, Catfish, and Minnows.
