Executive Director
The Executive Director serves at the pleasure of the Board of Directors and is the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of the Association. The Executive Director is responsible for the operations of the homeowner association and for achieving its lifestyle, operating, and financial objectives. The Executive Director has full responsibility for all Association services and activities, provides overall leadership and administrative direction, oversees operations, and coordinates the work of all Association divisions to ensure efficient and effective services. Job Type: Full-time; Pay: $175,000.00 - $205,000.00 per year
Accounting
Accounting Manager
The Accounting Manager assists the Director of Finance with preparing monthly financial statements, including overseeing the department's daily operations. The manager also assists the Director of Finance with documenting and ensuring compliance with internal control procedures. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to assisting the Director of Finance with the oversight of daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training and support for their professional development. Ensure proper accounting procedures are adhered to, and tasks are completed promptly. Assist in the maintenance and execution of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to enhance financial integrity. Provide accounting support to staff with the Point-of-Sale system. Assist the Director of Finance with tracking and tagging all fixed assets within the asset tracking system. Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Oversee physical counts of petty cash and change funds, ensuring reconciliation to the general ledger. Collaborate with other departments to track and recognize deferred revenues and prepaid expenses. Attend Finance Committee meetings monthly and Board of Director meetings as needed. Assist the Director of Finance in updating the annual reserve study. Prepare annual budgets for all departments. Prepare audit schedules and documentation for yearly audits. Serve as backup for the Payroll Administrator during their absence. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance. Annual Salary Range $93-100k.
Room Booking and Club Coordinator
Provides residents/guests with prompt, courteous service. Responsibilities include managing all inquiries and room booking/sales for non-residents and individual residents that are not with, or booking on behalf of, a Lincoln Hills club. Ensure all programs and services are conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association. Job Type - Full time; Pay Range $21 -$31
Meridians Restaurant/Catering Department
All F&B positions must be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays, and maintain a current Food Handlers Safety Certificate.
Dishwasher
FUNCTION: Serves as dishwasher for the Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association’s Meridians Restaurant. Responsibilities include washing and properly storing all cooking utensils, china, flatware, and glassware. Responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment and facility. Assists in basic food preparation. Ensures that all services are conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association. Part-time | pay range $16.00 – 20.00
Line Cook
FUNCTION: Serves as Line Cook for the Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association’s Meridians Restaurant. Responsibilities include the preparation of food in accordance with established recipes and industry standards for the Food & Beverage Department. Ensures that all services are conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association. Job Type: Part-time | Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Server
Responsible for providing the highest quality food and beverage service to all members/guests. Provide timely attention and detail to guests throughout their dining experience. Take pride in offering service excellence. Demonstrate the ability to answer questions and suggest menu, dessert, and wine items for consideration. Ensure all food and drink orders are prepared and served to the established standards. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and abide by all regulations in the food industry. $16.00/Hour
Runner/Expeditor
Responsible for coordinating communications between the kitchen and servers so that the flow of meals to the guests is smooth, accurate, and timely. Will set up the expedition area at the beginning of each shift. Prepare and place garnishes on the appropriate food items. Deliver food promptly and accurately, conforming to the established service standards. $16.00/Hour
Bus Person/To-Go Delivery
Responsible for setting up and cleaning restaurant tables following established service standards. Assist server throughout the service, clearing soiled dishes, glassware, and flatware and pouring water/coffee/tea and bread. Ensure the dining and dishwashing areas are set up correctly for the next shift. $16.00/Hour
Host/Hostess
The first person that the guest will meet upon entering the establishment. Will present the guest with a welcoming greeting, escort them to their tables, and deliver a menu presentation. Will be responsible for taking phone order reservations, have a pleasant customer service attitude, and be well-spoken. Must be computer savvy to take reservations in the POS system. Pay Range: $16.00-$17.00/Hour
Facilities
Facility Maintenance Tech II
Serves as a facility maintenance worker for Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association. This is a journey-level position in the Maintenance Tech series. Positions at this level are distinguished from the Maintenance Tech I level by performing the full range of duties as assigned, working independently, and exercising judgment and initiative. Maintenance Tech II personnel ensure that all support and service are conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association. Job Type: Full Time, Pay:$24.00/ Hour
Part-Time And Full-Time Set-Up Technician
Serves as an Event Set-Up Worker for the community association at Sun City Lincoln. Responsibilities include performing general event set-up duties. Ensures that all support and service is conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of Sun City Lincoln Hills Community Association. The employee may be required to participate in multiple assignments simultaneously with frequent interruptions, changes, and delays. The employee must remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances. Pay: $17.00 per hour
Custodial Technician
Graveyard positions are available (8 p.m. to 4:30 a.m.) to join our Facilities Team. Duties include but are not limited to cleaning floors (vinyl, carpet, and wood), windows, lavatories, shower/locker facilities, windows, emptying trash, and dusting furniture. Tasks in outdoor areas include pressure cleaning tennis courts and emptying trash receptacles, water fountains, and outdoor furniture. Must be capable of working the graveyard shift with possible extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary. Position involves sitting, standing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, shoving, lifting, carrying, and moving objects weighing up to 50 lbs. This movement can occur throughout the shift. Working knowledge of cleaning agents and solvents is helpful. Performs other duties as required. Pay Range: $16.00-$19.50/Hour
